螺旋浸入式加热器是液体(包括所有类型的油和热传递溶液)直接浸入加热的理想选择。 Watlow 螺旋浸入式加热器提供各种不同的尺寸,采用 WATROD 圆形和 FIREBAR 扁平状两种管状元件。 加热元件弯成发夹状并焊接或钎焊到螺旋内,具体取决于元件护套和螺旋材料之间的相容性。 通用型接线盒是标准配置,并提供可选的防潮型、防爆型和防爆/防潮型接线盒,以满足特殊的应用需要。 可选的恒温器为螺旋浸入式加热器提供了方便的过程温度调节。
