Statement of Export Compliance

• I understand that items provided by Watlow are subject to U.S. and regional export control laws and regulations; items developed with or incorporating any Watlow products, related technology or software produced anywhere in the world are subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.
• I will not export or re-export Watlow products, related technology or software, including products incorporating Watlow products, related technology or software to Cuba, the Russia-backed separatist regions of Ukraine known as the Donetsk People’s Republic (“DNR”), the Luhansk People’s Republic (“LNR”) or Crimea, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Russia, Belarus or to Military End-Users o r for Military End- Use in Venezuela, Burma, China, Cambodia, or to any restricted/embargoed country, unless otherwise authorized U.S and regional law.
• I will not use, sell, transfer, export, or re-export Watlow products, related technology, or software for use in activities that involve the development, production, use or stockpiling of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons (WMD).
• I acknowledge that U.S. law prohibits the sale, transfer, export, re-export to, or participation in any export transaction involving Watlow products, related technology or software with individuals or companies listed in the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denied Persons List, Entity List, or Unverified List; the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons Lists; the U.S. Department of State’s Debarred Persons List; or any other U.S. or regional lists imposing similar restrictions.
