Colleen joined Watlow® in January 2026 as chief financial officer, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in global financial leadership. Most recently, she served as vice president of investor relations at Emerson.

During her tenure at Emerson, Colleen held a variety of financial leadership roles across multiple business units and geographies, including vice president of finance and director of global financial planning and analysis.

Colleen brings strong expertise in financial planning and analysis and strategic business partnership, supporting Watlow’s financial discipline and long-term growth. She holds an MBA from Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Missouri–Columbia.
