Inspiring the Next Generation: SEE Day 2025 at Watlow

At Watlow, innovation goes beyond technology — it's about people, purpose, and the future. This spring, our St. Louis headquarters opened its doors to high school students from Cor Jesu Academy as part of SEE Day 2025, an immersive STEM event designed to Spark, Explore, and Empower the next generation of changemakers.

Led by Victoria Kuntz, Senior Systems Engineer, and supported by a passionate team of volunteers and panelists, the event gave students a hands-on experience of what a future in STEM can look like. From building better mousetraps to racing Sphero robots, the energy was electric — and the message was clear: STEM is for everyone.

More Than a Day — A Launchpad for Dreams

SEE Day 2025 wasn’t just about showcasing technology. It was about breaking barriers, igniting curiosity, and helping students — especially young women — see themselves as future engineers, innovators, and leaders. Through guided tours of our manufacturing floor, informal chats over lunch, and collaborative challenges, students explored how creativity and collaboration are at the core of what we do.

As Victoria shared,
