Large Radiant Panel Heaters
Watlow's custom radiant heater panels can be used to provide uniform heat to both single piece and moving web style substrates. With custom sizes up to 2m2 and a choice of heating technologies to choose from, a radiant panel can be designed to meet your PV processing needs. The following table illustrates the relationship between the various heater technologies and their capabilities:

Each of these technologies can be matched with an appropriate set of heat shields to maximize process efficiency by providing more heat where you need it and less where you don't. The entire package is then assembled to a structural back plate that can be easily mounted into your processing chamber. All panels are designed to accommodate thermal expansion to minimize deflection during operation and include provisions to accommodate vacuum wall pass-through.
