Contact information from our order form is used to send orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill you for products and services. Unique identifiers (such a customer number, user name or password) can be collected from you to verify your identity. If we ever ask for significantly different information we will inform you.
Watlow will not sell, rent or give away your personal information to other companies for them to use in selling others' products or services. When we do contract with another company to market or advertise products or services for us, we will insist on binding agreements from those companies protecting our client information. We will vigorously enforce all privacy agreements we have with other companies.

Cookies
What is a cookie?
Cookies tag each user's browser with a random, unique number. The cookie simply assigns a number, but does not disclose any personal information about the individual using the browser. Cookie files are extremely small, comprised of no more than 255 characters and 4K of disk space.
Why does Watlow use cookies?
Your cookie allows our Web servers to "remember" who you are as you are browsing through our site. This lets us associate your browser with your stored customer profile as well as your shopping cart. Instead of having to type information, such as your credit card or information in your shopping cart, in every time you want to place an order, we can read your cookie, match it to your stored profile and display it for you.
