Watlow Heaters
We go to extremes in electric heating; meeting temperature requirements to 2300°F (1260°C).
Watlow Sensors
Our contact temperature sensors can handle anything from cryogenic -328°F (-200°C) to refractory temperatures of 4200°F (2315°C). Non-contact sensors can sense temperature up to 1000°F (538°C) in 700 milliseconds for tighter process temperature control.
Watlow Power Controllers
Our variable time-based power controllers, available to 1000 amps, significantly reduce expansion and contraction of the heating element. This extends heater life and improves process temperature control.
Watlow Temperature Controllers
Watlow controllers range from simple ON-OFF, non-indicating devices to modular loop systems that allow 32 independent temperature channels with various sensor inputs. PC-based control software provides on-line trending, data logging, alarm reporting and quick controller setup.
